Patrick Metz is an associate vice president at Northmarq’s Cincinnati office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties and brings strong expertise in property management, industrial assets, and development portfolios. With a background in accounting and finance, Patrick provides a data-driven approach to analyzing and valuing commercial investments.
Before joining Northmarq, Patrick served as an associate director at Stan Johnson Company and previously worked with NAI Bergman, where he focused on retail, industrial, and office sales and leasing. He has been recognized by the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati as a Rising Star and was consistently listed among the Top Producers by the Cincinnati Business Courier.
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wilmington College and is a licensed real estate professional in Ohio and Kentucky.
Ryan Roedersheimer is a senior vice president and lead broker at Northmarq’s Cincinnati office. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail properties. Before joining Northmarq, Ryan was a director at Stan Johnson Company, where he helped develop the firm’s multi-tenant retail strategy and mentored brokers across the country.
Throughout his career, Ryan has closed hundreds of millions in transaction volume, representing clients with a detailed, results-driven approach. He is a licensed commercial real estate broker in Ohio and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Garrett Fierstein is based out of the Orlando office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) and joined MMCC in 2017. Mr. Fierstein oversees commercial debt placement across an array of property types, specifically Net Lease, Multifamily, Multi-Tenant Retail, Industrial, and Office. Mr. Fierstein has developed extensive relationships with national, regional and local funding sources including, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders. Although Mr. Fierstein is based in Central Florida, his expertise in the financial markets extends nationwide where he has successfully financed properties in over half of the US.
Through his dedication and professional accomplishments, he received numerous promotions and has successfully placed almost $500,000,000 in loan proceeds nationwide. Mr. Fierstein brings a unique and powerful skill set to the real estate capital markets world. He is knowledgeable in the intricacies of lender negotiations, loan option strategies and is well versed in 1031 exchanges.
Mr. Fierstein earned a B.S. in Finance and minor in Spanish from Florida State University. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, ICSC and NAIOP. Mr. Fierstein received the Rising Star Award in 2018 and Seniors Choice Award in 2019 for the Orlando Office. He received a Top Mortgage Broker award from Connect CRE in 2022.
